The treatment

A combination of hands-on and active movement treatment strategies are used to help you move and feel better. These include massage, joint mobilisation, stretching, taping and strength development. We then provide you with self-management strategies and exercises you can implement outside the clinic that help maintain the improvement obtained in the clinic.

Strength Testing Performance
